This is a legally binding and enforceable contract between yourself and the retreat organizers. By registering and rendering payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily executed these terms.
Assumption of Risks
I acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate in The Suncadia Wellness Retreat hosted by Wellness Reset Collective, Tandy, and Karla. I am voluntarily participating in this retreat with full knowledge that travel and physical wellness activities involve numerous inherent risks and dangers, including, but not limited to:
Forces of nature, physical exertion associated with intensive pickleball matches, yoga, and personal training blocks; accidental physical slips or injuries inflicted by natural or court surfaces; transport incidents; and the potential delay of rapid medical access given resort boundaries.
I confirm that I am physically, mentally, and emotionally capable of participating in active physical components matching up to 4 hours of daily court play. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my personal physical boundaries, wellness metrics, and pacing, and agree to coordinate any acute physical limitations with retreat coaches or wellness staff immediately.
Insurance Declarations
I acknowledge that the organizers have highly recommended that I purchase comprehensive travel, trip cancellation, and personal medical coverage to absorb unforeseen disruptions, clinical emergencies, or mandatory cancellations.
I understand that if I choose to enter this layout without verified travel coverage, I am personally responsible for any financial losses, supplier forfeiture penalties, or clinical care bills incurred during or adjacent to the retreat sequence.
Release of Liability
As absolute consideration for being permitted by Wellness Reset Collective, Tandy, Karla, and their certified athletic coaches or culinary specialists to participate in this retreat, I hereby agree to be personally responsible for my own physical and mental welfare, and fully accept any and all risks of delays, unforeseen itinerary adjustments, illness, physical injury, trauma, or death.
I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Wellness Reset Collective, its direct owners, organizers, culinary staff, and fitness coaches from and against any and all liability arising from my voluntary participation in the retreat sequence. I agree that this legal discharge remains completely binding upon myself, my direct family members, my heirs, executors, and legal assigns.

I have carefully read, analyzed, and fully understand the operational guidelines, refund structure deadlines, and liability release elements stated within this document. I register and submit payment for this retreat of my own free will, establishing this as a binding release of liability.
