This event is curated and hosted by Tandy & Karla under the corporate banner of the Wellness Reset Collective. All reservations, operations, and compliance factors are governed strictly by these terms.
Travel Insurance Highly Recommended
We strongly advise all guests to purchase comprehensive travel insurance. This can protect you from unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, travel delays, and lost luggage. Please note that insurance policies vary; review exclusions carefully to ensure adequate coverage for your personal situation.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Because we curate highly intimate, low-occupancy experiences (limited strictly to 12 spots), our financial commitments to estate holders, professional staff, and private culinary vendors are secured far in advance.
- Immediate Registration: Payment is required in full at the time of registration to secure and lock your room tier.
- Refund Window: Cancellations made prior to May 16th, 2026, at 6:00 PM Mountain Time are eligible for a refund.
- Strict Post-Deadline Terms: After the strict deadline of May 16th, 2026 (6:00 PM MT), no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to illness, injury, business changes, or travel disruptions.
- Supplier Recovery Limits: If a trip is cancelled by the organizers due to forces beyond our control, we will use our best efforts to recover advance payments and refund the recovered amount, but this cannot be legally guaranteed.
What is Included
Your registration covers all core elements of the lifestyle wellness track during the 6-day sequence:
- Accommodations: Double occupancy lodging at our private Suncadia estate. Room assignments are provided after your registration transaction is complete.
- Athletics Track: All coaching sessions with certified pros, depending on your choice of track (Pickleball with Ian, Yoga with Buddy, or the Full Reset). Pickleballs are provided.
- Mindfulness Track: Yoga sessions led by certified instructor and personal trainer Buddy on Days 2, 3, 4, and 5.
- Private Dining Plan:
- Opening Welcome Reception featuring custom mocktails, select wines, and chef-curated hors-d'oeuvres.
- Daily prepared breakfasts (including departure morning).
- Lunches (except for one designated lunch on your own to explore).
- In-house multi-course dinners designed by Chef Josh (private dining wine pairings included).
- Swiftwater Cellars Evening: One group dining out event, supplemented by an included $65 gift voucher per registered guest.
What is Not Included
Please make auxiliary travel and item arrangements for the following exclusions:
- Transportation: Flight services to and from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA), and standard ground shuttle transits to and from the Suncadia resort.
- Dining: One designated afternoon lunch designed for local community exploration.
- Hardware: Personal pickleball paddles (please bring your own preferred paddle; layout ball provisions are covered).
- Luxury Upgrades: Optional wellness services at Glade Spring Spa or custom tee-time bookings at the Prospector course.
- Personal Training: Custom one-on-one personal training modules outside scheduled tracks.
Participant Compliance
- Skill Expectations: The Pickleball Track is designed for individuals who possess a solid grasp of basic rules, scoring mechanics, and the physical stamina required for up to 4 hours of daily play.
- Culinary Details: Any dietary allergies, physical intolerances, or clinical restrictions must be submitted to the organizers by **July 12th, 2026** to allow Chef Josh to plan meal variations.
