These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern registration for the Up Your Mind, Up Your Game retreat (the "Retreat"), hosted by Wellness Reset Collective, LLC ("WRC," "we," "us," or "our") at Club Med Turkoise, Providenciales, Turks & Caicos, June 1–9, 2027. By submitting a deposit, you ("Guest," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
A non-refundable-portion deposit is required to reserve your spot. Space is limited to 17 guests, and rooms — including the limited Balcony category — are assigned in the order deposits are received.

Because WRC guarantees room blocks, programming staff (including instructor Telly and Brain Gauge sessions with Karla), and food & beverage minimums with Club Med in advance, cancellations are subject to the refund schedule below. Refunds are calculated on payments actually received as of the cancellation date, not on the full package price.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to Wellness Reset Collective. The cancellation date used for refund purposes is the date the written cancellation is received, not the date of any earlier verbal notice.
Guests who fail to arrive, arrive late, or depart early forfeit all remaining payments for the unused portion of the Retreat. No refunds or credits are given for unused meals, activities, sessions, or nights.
The Retreat package price includes: WRC membership fee; all-inclusive stay at Club Med Turkoise in a Deluxe Sea View room; round-trip airport transfers between Providenciales International Airport (PLS) and the resort; full-board dining and open bar; nightly entertainment; a private Brain Gauge session with Karla; daily group pickleball coaching and play with Telly (2–4 hrs/day); group classes (sailing, yoga, tennis, archery, fitness, flying trapeze, and more); and free use of kayaks, paddleboards, and the pool.
Not included: airfare to/from Turks & Caicos; optional neurofeedback sessions with Karla ($150/session); optional private pickleball coaching with Telly (up to 2 sessions at $80/hour); Club Med Spa by Sothys services; golf green fees; premium excursions (parasailing, sunset cruise, sea scooter, fishing); personal shopping and laundry; and advanced scuba certification courses.
This Retreat involves physical activity, including daily pickleball coaching and play, and optional water sports and excursions. By registering, each Guest confirms she is physically able to participate and assumes all risk of injury associated with these activities. Guests with health conditions, injuries, or concerns should consult a physician before booking and should notify WRC in advance of any limitations.
The Brain Gauge session and any optional neurofeedback sessions are wellness and performance tools and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
WRC strongly recommends that every guest purchase travel insurance covering trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and evacuation. WRC is not responsible for losses that travel insurance would otherwise cover, including but not limited to illness, injury, weather, airline disruption, or personal emergencies.

If the Retreat is postponed, altered, or cancelled due to circumstances beyond WRC's reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disaster, extreme weather or hurricane, government travel restriction, pandemic, property closure, or other event of force majeure — WRC will work with Club Med to offer the best available option, which may include rescheduling, a credit toward a future retreat, or a partial refund net of costs already committed to Club Med and third-party vendors. The tiered refund schedule in Section 2 does not apply to force majeure cancellations initiated by WRC or the resort.
Guests agree that WRC may photograph or record the Retreat and use such images or video in marketing materials, social media, and future promotional content, unless the Guest notifies WRC in writing before the Retreat begins that she opts out.
This is a women's-only, adults-only (18+) retreat built around connection and respect. WRC reserves the right to remove any Guest whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the spirit of the group, without refund.
WRC acts as a retreat organizer and works with Club Med Turkoise and other third-party vendors to deliver the Retreat. WRC is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of Club Med or any other third-party provider. WRC's liability, if any, is limited to the amount actually paid by the Guest for the Retreat.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Assumption to confirm: governing law is set to Colorado based on WRC's home base; confirm this is correct or update to your preferred jurisdiction.
By submitting a deposit for the Up Your Mind, Up Your Game retreat, the Guest acknowledges that she has read, understood, and agrees to these Terms and Conditions, including the cancellation and refund schedule above.
